Potato Croquettes

The recipe’s choice is due to Alessandro’s great liking for potatoes and so Francesca (which was the one in charge in the kitchen) asked for the authentic potato croquettes recipe to Ale’s mum and aunt. One of the secrets (we can’t tell you all!) is to use little breadcrumbs and combine fresh mint with the mixture. Open the windows, heat up the oil and get ready to fry the most delicious potato croquettes you’ll ever eat!
